Please call and schedule a complimentary consultation to enable us to determine fees for your specific orthodontic case. Each person is unique and so is their orthodontic treatment. All fees will be discussed with you at this free appointment. All payment options and financial policies will be presented to you prior to the initiation of any treatment.
Our office is dedicated to caring for you and your family to help you achieve the highest quality orthodontic result possible. It is our mission to provide excellent and affordable orthodontics that can fit any budget. We are proud to offer a variety of financial arrangements to meet the individual needs of our patients, including monthly payment options. We offer plans with no down payment / no interest, "pay in full" fee discounts, and family discounts. For your convenience we can also set up automated withdraw from a credit card or checking account if you prefer. Our financial coordinator can answer any questions you may have about these payment options and is eager to work with you to set up a plan that will fit your personal needs.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we are happy to work together with you and your insurance company to make sure that you receive the maximum benefit possible under your individual policy. We verify that you have orthodontic benefits prior to the initiation of any treatment. When the amount of the benefit is determined we will submit claims to your insurance carrier for payment and accept assignment of those benefits. We will be able to structure a payment plan for the remaining balance. Any unpaid insurance balance will be the financially responsible party's to pay. Professional care is provided to you, and we will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
