Policies
Our Appointment Policy is:
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We request a minimum of 24-hours notice if you are going to miss an appointment.
We offer e-mail, text message, and phone call reminders to help you get to your appointments on the right day at the right time.
Our Insurance Policy is:
We submit and accept benefits for many major insurances. This means that we coordinate the benefits and accept payment directly from the insurance companies. When you call and schedule new patient exam we will check benefits and present them to you at your first appointment.
Once you begin treatment you need to continue to renew your insurance policies if annual changes are made. Most insurance companies with orthodontic benefits pay in small payments over the entire course of treatment. If insurance is terminated for any reason in the middle of treatment, the payments from insurance will also stop. In this situation the remaining balance will become your personal responsibility.
Please note that insurance quotes over the phone are estimates. The companies that give these estimates are not obligated to pay what they quote so please make sure that you are educated about your benefits and restrictions. If insurance fails to pay, the amount unpaid will become the patient responsibility. Every effort is made to collect all available funds from insurance.
Our Financial Policy is:
We offer many in house financing options at 0% interest. This means that we take your treatment fee and divide by your estimated months in treatment and come up with equal payment amounts. You have the option to choose the 1st or the 15th of each month for your payments to be due.
